Barclay Commons is a mixed-use development located at the corner of Independence and Shipyard Boulevards in Wilmington, NC. The CRESS Group would like to congratulate BB&T Scott & Stringfellow for recently expanding their lease at 2512 Independence Boulevard in Barclay Commons. BB&T Scott & Stringfellow have expanded their office by 3,000 SF, allowing for additional office space on the second floor.
