2001-2005 Capital Drive

In 2017, The CRESS Group was involved in a build to suit project for Indian Springs Water Company.  The bottled water company was already located in Murrayville Business Park at the time and leasing space off of Capital Drive.  Upon learning of the operations changing needs, The CRESS Group was able to pin point a new opportunity within the park that could provide the bottled water company ground up construction specific to their new needs.  After several months, a site plan, building plan and new lease were in motion and site work began shortly thereafter.  Their new building provided an updated warehouse with 1,500 SF of office, and 6,000 SF of warehouse, dock door and drive in door, with fenced parking area.  Indian Springs took occupancy of their new home in the first quarter of 2018.
